Rental requirements

• A valid, unexpired driver’s license (front and back photo required).
• A live selfie so we can match you to your license.
• A working phone number and email address we can reach you at.
• Ability to make the $350 weekly payment (or $225 for a 3-day rental).

You may provide your own coverage that transfers to a rental vehicle. If you don’t have transferable coverage, third-party coverage can be purchased through us for an additional charge on top of the weekly rate.

Vehicles must stay in Arkansas and within 80 miles of Rogers. Out-of-state travel is not permitted.

Unlimited miles does not mean unlimited travel area — you can drive as many miles as you need inside that approved area.

The reason is simple: 7D Rentals is a small, locally owned business. Our roadside support and mechanics are based in Northwest Arkansas. If a vehicle is far outside our area during a breakdown, flat tire or warning light, we can’t reach you quickly. Keeping vehicles local protects renters, keeps the cars properly maintained, and lets us give real personal service.

We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time, and there is no traditional credit-card hold.

Locally owned and operated in Northwest Arkansas. Convenient pickup in Rogers by appointment. Delivery is available throughout the listed NWA service area for a $30 fee.

Our listed service area is Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, Springdale and Fayetteville. The exact pickup spot and time are arranged with you after your application is approved.

Our vehicles may be used for approved delivery platforms. Drivers remain responsible for meeting each platform’s account, background and eligibility requirements. Delivery platforms generally have different vehicle requirements than passenger rideshare — contact us to confirm which apps fit the available vehicle.
