7D Rentals LLC — locally owned and operated in Northwest Arkansas. This policy explains what we collect when you apply for a rental and how we handle it.
When you start an application we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the vehicle and dates you want, and which delivery app you drive for.
After you pass the first step we also collect your full legal name, date of birth, home address, photos of the front and back of your driver’s license, a live selfie, and proof of insurance if you have coverage that transfers to a rental.
We use this information to verify your identity and driving eligibility, confirm your insurance situation, prepare your rental agreement, contact you about your rental, and keep a record of who is driving each vehicle.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Only 7D Rentals owners and staff can open your application and documents. Access requires a password-protected sign-in to our private dashboard.
We may share limited information when required by law, or with an insurer or law enforcement in connection with an accident, theft or damage claim.
License photos, selfies and insurance documents are uploaded directly into private cloud storage. They are never published on this website and are not viewable by anyone with a link. Staff open them through short-lived private links that expire automatically.
We keep application records and signed agreements for as long as needed to run the business and meet recordkeeping and insurance obligations. [Owner to confirm a specific retention period with an attorney.]
Call or text 479-426-6483, or email Jay@7drentals.net, and ask us to delete your application. We will remove your uploaded documents and application record unless we are required to keep them because of an active rental, an open claim, or the law.
We may update this page as our business grows. The version on this page is the current one. [This page is general information, not legal advice, and should be reviewed by an attorney.]
